1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 1xbwt platform ("we", "us", "Platform") and its users ("user", "player", "you"). By using our services through the 1xbwt website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Definitions of some key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "Platform" — The 1xbwt website, app, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" — The registered profile of a user through which services are accessed.
• "Funds" — Real money (Bangladeshi Taka) held in an account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional amounts received as part of a promotion, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting wagering requirements.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on 1xbwt, all of the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You may only hold one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, both accounts may be cancelled.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must not be subject to any instruction to refrain from gaming due to a mental impairment or financial incapacity.
• Registrations from countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited are not accepted.

If false information is provided at registration, the platform reserves the right to cancel the account and confiscate all funds at any time. Each user may use only one email address, one mobile number, and one bank or mobile banking account.

3. Account Security and Verification

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. The following must be observed at all times:

• Login credentials (username and password) must never be shared with anyone else.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Do not click on phishing links or suspicious emails.

1xbwt follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Before requesting a withdrawal or for large transactions, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A scanned copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This process is carried out for the security of both you and the platform.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

1xbwt supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• If account verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the transaction will be suspended and investigated.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the name of the verified user.

1xbwt will not be held responsible for delays in withdrawal due to technical issues or banking interruptions, but we will always make every effort to resolve such matters promptly.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

1xbwt offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are governed by the following general terms and conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which is stated in the offer description.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when placing bets using bonus funds.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate betting activity.
• If misuse or manipulation of a bonus is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 1xbwt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Using counter-betting, arbitrage betting, or other dishonest methods to meet wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 1xbwt:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a round or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• 1xbwt's decision is final in determining the outcome of any game or event.
• For live betting, odds are variable and bets will be confirmed at the value displayed on screen.
• Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports will be governed by the applicable rules for each sport.
• For slots, fishing games, live casino, and other games, the individual rules of each game provider apply.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or miscoded odds will be cancelled.

To ensure gaming activity is conducted fairly and transparently, 1xbwt uses encrypted Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which guarantees impartial results.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbwt platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account cancellation and confiscation of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Providing false information to obtain bonus benefits.
• Using manipulative betting strategies (arbitrage, match fixing, collusion).
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, malware, or other technical means.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Facilitating the participation of anyone under 18 years of age (or below the age determined by applicable local law) in gaming.

If any suspicious activity is detected, 1xbwt reserves the right to suspend transactions and place the account under investigation without prior notice.

8. VIP Program and Rewards

The 1xbwt VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers through continued active participation and regular engagement with the platform. 1xbwt reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and conditions. An account must be active and verified to receive cashback benefits.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Closure & Suspension

1xbwt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated.

• If the user is involved in fraud, deception, or manipulative activities.
• If required documents are not submitted during the verification process.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

In the event of account closure, valid funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned, provided there are no prohibited activities. Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat or email.

12. Limitation of Liability

1xbwt accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a bet remains incomplete due to loss of internet connection or issues with the user's device.
• If there is a disruption to the services of a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank).
• If loss occurs as a result of unauthorized third-party access, where the user has shared their login credentials themselves.
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

In no case shall 1xbwt's liability exceed the value of the transaction in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
